Banubanu Lemon Butter FilletsIngredients
Method1. Coat the fish fillets in flour by rolling in plastic bag containing two cups of flour. 2. Melt 100 grams butter in fry pan. 3. Add fillets, turn and coat with butter, fry until light brown on both sides. (Do not overcook and do not let butter burn by removing from stove if looking too hot.) Keep adding butter to frypan as more fillets are cooked 4. When cooked place on tray and sprinkle with lemon pepper and fresh parsley . 5. Place 100 grams butter into hot fry pan, when melted squeeze the juice of lemon over and then pour over fish.6. Serve with a fresh tossed salad. 2006-07-21 09:58:33 Trevor Hosie |
